Secure Document Destruction

This is a service offered to customers who have previously had their documents scanned by us.

If the original documentation is no longer required, to save you the cost of a return delivery and the inconvenience of re-storing or organising your own disposal, we offer the facility of a secure destruction.

Once destruction has been authorised, paperwork is taken out of boxes, folders and wallets and put into sacks or boxes for transportation, by us, to a recognised and established Recycling Company who pulp the paper and recycle it. Any Cardboard folders are separately packed up and also recycled.

To complete your audit trail, we send confirmation of destruction along with relevant confirmation from the recycling company.
